Materials & construction

The Cobweb is carved from a single piece of lime wood and finished with non-toxic, water-based paint, with no small parts to come loose.

Bumbu hand-carves and hand-paints its toys in Romania. Because each piece is worked by hand, the grain and the exact color vary slightly from one to the next. The wood keeps its natural texture, so light marks and color variation are normal.

Care & storage

A soft, dry cloth handles most cleaning; for a stubborn spot, use a barely damp cloth and dry it straight away. Keep it out of standing water and away from radiators and sunny windowsills, and store it flat between seasons so it stays true.
