Materials & construction

Made by hand in a small studio in Bodega, California. The 3 inch star is cut from thick 3 mm wool felt and embroidered by hand. The little doll is cotton knit velour over a wooden core, with a hand-drawn face in the simple Waldorf style.

Because each one is made by hand, colors and faces vary a little from piece to piece.

Small parts. Intended for ages 3 and up, and young children should be supervised during play.

Care & storage

Spot clean only with a barely damp cloth and let air dry. Do not machine wash or soak. Store flat and dry between seasons, away from direct sun. Small parts, not for children under 3.

Fairyshadow Fairyshadow is a tiny studio on the coast of Northern California, in Bodega, making Waldorf-inspired dolls, ornaments, and critter necklaces by hand.
