Materials & construction

Each Fairyshadow flower child is sewn and finished by hand in a small studio in Bodega, California, in limited batches, so no two are quite alike. This one has a soft velour body, a wooden core head wrapped in cotton knit, a spring yellow felt flower hat, and a wool felt circle of grass.

Faces are drawn by hand in permanent, non-toxic ink in the simple Waldorf style. Because everything is handmade, the exact shade and details vary a little from one doll to the next.

Small parts. Intended for ages 3 and up, and young children should be supervised during play.

Care & storage

Spot clean only with a barely damp cloth and a little mild soap, and let her air dry fully. Do not machine wash, soak, or submerge, since the wool felt and stuffing hold water. Keep her out of direct sun to protect the colors, and store somewhere dry. Small parts, not for children under 3, and supervise young children during play.
