Care Instructions:
- For the production of toys, we use water-based paints and varnishes. To keep them clean, wipe them with a damp cloth free of abrasive or chemical cleaners. A light soap can be used for heavy soiling.
We are offering local delivery services until Christmas Eve for a special rate of $20. Shipping address must be in the Greater Los Angeles area, in the general vicinity of our shop (~35 miles from Arcadia, CA). All local delivery orders are subject to these restrictions.
Orders ship from our warehouse in Los Angeles in 1-4 business days, unless otherwise stated. For pre-orders, please see product listing for expected shipping dates.
Free Shipping on orders of $150 or more within the contiguous 48 USA. Shipping rates to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, and APO/FPO/DPO are calculated at checkout.
We currently offer limited shipping to Canada, China, France, Japan, and Mexico via U.S. Postal Service, UPS, DHL, or Fedex.
