The product is made of solid wood, minimally processed to preserve as much of its texture and natural properties. Unlike plastic, wood is a non-uniform natural material that often has growth rings or knots, color spots or rough areas. These are defective; they are distinctive signs that guarantee the natural origin of the product and give uniqueness to each toy, telling the story of the tree from which it was made.
We are offering local delivery services until Christmas Eve for a special rate of $20. Shipping address must be in the Greater Los Angeles area, in the general vicinity of our shop (~35 miles from Arcadia, CA). All local delivery orders are subject to these restrictions.
Orders ship from our warehouse in Los Angeles in 1-4 business days, unless otherwise stated. For pre-orders, please see product listing for expected shipping dates.
Free Shipping on orders of $150 or more within the contiguous 48 USA. Shipping rates to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, and APO/FPO/DPO are calculated at checkout.
We currently offer limited shipping to Canada, China, France, Japan, and Mexico via U.S. Postal Service, UPS, DHL, or Fedex.
