This is the refreshed Ball Run, up from 92 pieces to 114. The six spiral tubes were previously sold only in the Expansion Pack, which Connetix have discontinued, so they now come in the box. Five pieces are new: a release gate that drops balls from anywhere in a build, a square funnel that feeds several balls into one path, split tubes for branching runs and side-by-side races, connector rings that join run pieces without a connector tile, and redesigned bowls with higher walls that keep balls on track.

Classroom notes. A ball run is the clearest physical demonstration of cause and effect a classroom can own: change one angle and the outcome changes in front of the child. The split tubes make it a fair-test apparatus rather than a single track, since two runs can be raced against each other. Against the outgoing 92, connector tiles halve from 48 to 24 and short straights and slides are fewer, so pair it with a tile pack if a group is building large. Compatible with the entire Connetix range.

Shipped from our Los Angeles studio, or directly from the maker, with tracking emailed when it leaves. Multi-classroom orders can be split-shipped to individual sites or consolidated to a central receiving dock.
Approved educator accounts pay by purchase order on Net 60 terms. We also accept check, ACH, and card, and new accounts may prepay until terms are approved. Pricing on your quote is held for 45 days.
