What you'll get.

Four practical things, designed for the way educators and therapy practices actually order toys.

i.

Quote-and-PO ordering.

Browse our Educator catalog, build a quote, and request a formal invoice. Pay by purchase order, credit card, or check. Itemized PDFs available for your accounting team.

ii.

Net 60 invoicing.

Public districts and school sites are invoiced Net 60 from the invoice date, set to match a district warrant cycle rather than work against it. Independent schools, preschools and childcare confirm with a 50 percent deposit, balance due on delivery.

iii.

Replacement parts and repair.

For every wooden set we carry, we keep a small inventory of spare pieces. A misplaced cube or a chipped tile does not mean replacing the whole set.

iv.

One-on-one curation.

Schedule a 30-minute call with our team for help selecting age-appropriate, classroom-tested toys. Free for all Educator account holders.

How it works.

Four steps. Approval is usually same-day, never longer than two business days.

i.

Apply.

Fill out a short form. We approve applications year round.

ii.

Send documents.

W-9, certificate of insurance, or a vendor registration form, whichever your business office needs. California sales tax applies unless you hold a valid exemption; send the certificate and we keep it on file.

iii.

Browse the catalog.

The full educator catalog, curated for classrooms. Save items to a quote and submit.

iv.

You pay, we ship.

Pay by PO, check, ACH, or card. Nothing is warehoused. Each piece is made to order by the workshop that makes it, typically three to eight weeks, and a confirmed delivery window is stated on your quote before you issue a purchase order.

A note from the founder

Why we made this for schools.

My Toy Wagon began because I could not find, in one place, the materials I wanted for children. Wool that had been dyed by hand. Wood that still held the grain of the tree. Pieces with no instructions and no single right answer, made by workshops small enough that I know the name of the person who made them.

Teachers found us first. They bought a felt play mat or a family of wooden animals with their own money, for their own classroom, because nobody was buying it for them. Then they would write and ask the same question: could my school buy this?

For a long time the honest answer was complicated. A school does not buy the way a parent buys. It needs a quote before a purchase order, a vendor file, a W-9, terms that match a warrant cycle, and a way to explain to a director why a wooden animal belongs in a budget line next to a reading program. That last part is the real barrier, and it is the one we set out to remove.

So we built this program. Every section of our catalog is mapped to the frameworks your program is already measured against, and to the funding that most often covers it. We will write you a curriculum-alignment letter for any quote, at no charge, because the material was never the hard part. Making it purchasable was.

Everything here is made to order by the workshop that makes it. Nothing sits in a warehouse. That means you wait, and it means a classroom receives something new rather than something pulled off a shelf. We will always tell you the real date before you issue the order.

Thank you for considering us. If there is a document your business office needs and you do not see it, write to me directly.
